Welcome to Volza! Before you dive into the world of amazing hair, here's the deal – our Terms of Service. We've made it as painless as possible (unlike tangled hair). By using our website, you agree to these terms. Don't worry, it's mostly common sense stuff!

The Agreement

By accessing shopvolza.com (that's us!), you're entering into an agreement to follow these terms. Think of it as a pinky promise – we promise to deliver great products, and you promise to use our site responsibly. Deal? Deal!

Who Can Shop With Us?

You must be 18+ OR have parent/guardian approval (we see you, teens with amazing hair goals!)
You must provide accurate info (fake addresses = sad undelivered packages)
You must be a human (sorry, robots – you don't have hair)

Orders & Payments

Prices: All prices are in INR and include GST (no surprise fees!)
Payment: We accept UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets via Razorpay
Order Confirmation: Your order is confirmed only after successful payment
Right to Refuse: We can refuse orders if something seems fishy (rare, but we keep it real)

Product Information

We try our best to accurately describe and photograph our products. However:

Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings (your phone isn't always honest)
Results may vary based on hair type and usage (we're not magicians, just really good at hair tools)
The Volza is a styling tool – please read the instructions before use!

Using Your Volza Safely

DO NOT use on wet hair (it's a styling tool, not a dryer!)
DO NOT use near water or in the bathroom while it's plugged in
DO use heat protectant on your hair (your strands will thank you)
DO store it properly after use – hot tools need cool-down time!

Our Stuff (Intellectual Property)

Everything on this website – the logo, images, text, designs, that cute pink color scheme – belongs to Volza. Feel free to share us with friends, but please don't copy our content and pretend it's yours. That's not cool, and our lawyers will be sad they have to send you a letter.

Be a Good Human (User Conduct)

When using our website, please don't:

❌ Try to hack or mess with our systems

❌ Use bots to place orders

❌ Provide false information

❌ Be rude to our team (they're lovely!)

The "Just in Case" Section

We're not liable for any indirect damages from using our products or website. We provide our products "as is" and while we stand behind their quality, individual results may vary. If you use the Volza to style your cat's fur and it doesn't work... well, that's on you. (Please don't style your cat.)

Changes to These Terms

We might update these terms occasionally (life happens!). When we do, we'll update the date at the bottom. Major changes will be announced, but it's a good idea to check back once in a while – like checking your split ends.

Legal Stuff (Governing Law)

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in Mumbai courts. But honestly, we'd rather just solve any issues with a friendly WhatsApp chat! Lawyers are expensive, and we'd rather spend that money on R&D for even better hair tools.
