7-Day Replacement Policy

We will replace the product within 7 days of delivery in case of any defect - no questions asked!

Report any defect within 7 days of receiving your order
Send us photos/videos of the defect
We'll arrange a pickup and send you a brand new replacement!

6 Months Warranty

We provide a 6-month warranty on any manufacturing defects where we replace the product at no extra cost!

What's Covered:

• Manufacturing defects
• Heating element issues
• Temperature control malfunction
• Electrical failures

What's Not Covered:

• Physical damage (drops, spills)
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from improper use
• Cosmetic scratches
